These terms cover the Everywhere app and this website, both operated by Caretopia Network Private Limited ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Everywhere you agree to them. They are short on purpose; the plain-language summaries in bold are part of the terms.
You buy it once and it is yours. A licence is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Everywhere on Macs that you own or control, for any purpose, indefinitely. A licence key is bound to a machine on activation; you can deactivate an old Mac yourself from Settings to move to a new one. Updates we publish for the app are included at no further charge.
One day, nothing held back. The trial is the full app for one day from first launch. When it ends, search is disabled but your index is kept, so buying later resumes instantly. Circumventing the trial is a violation of these terms.
Thirty days, one email, no questions. If Everywhere is not for you, write to hello@everywherefast.com within thirty days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; refunds are returned by the same route they were paid.
We do not have it. The app indexes your files locally and transmits nothing. What little exists elsewhere (your purchase email and key) is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Everywhere is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app or this site is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your licence ends automatically if you materially breach these terms and do not cure the breach within fourteen days of being notified. You may stop using the app at any time; the refund window in section 4 is unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms are the entire agreement between us concerning Everywhere. If we change them, the date above changes and the current version always lives at this address.
